House Cleaning FAQ — O-Pro Cleaning

Standard recurring cleanings start at $150 for a small home. Price depends on square footage, number of bathrooms, and how often we visit. Deep cleans and move-outs are priced separately. You'll get a flat quote before we start — no hourly surprises.

Yes. We assign you a lead cleaner who handles every recurring visit. She'll learn your home, your preferences, and your dog's name. If she's ever out sick, we'll send someone briefed on your home — you'll know in advance.

All rooms: dusted, vacuumed, mopped, surfaces wiped. Kitchens: counters, stovetop, appliance exteriors, sinks. Bathrooms: tubs, showers, toilets, mirrors, floors. Beds made. Trash out. A full checklist is included in your quote.

Absolutely. Most of our team members have pets themselves. Tell us about your animals when you book — names, temperaments, where they'll be during the clean — and we'll work around them. All our products are non-toxic for pets and kids.

Yes. We bring eco-friendly, non-toxic supplies and equipment to every visit. If you prefer we use specific products you own (for allergies, scent preferences, etc.), just leave them out and let us know.

No problem. Just text or call by noon the day before and there's no fee. We know life happens — kids get sick, contractors run over. We're not going to charge you for being a human.

Every team member passes a national background check and has verified work authorization before their first day. We're bonded and insured. You'll meet your lead cleaner before any unsupervised visit.

Yes — $2M general liability plus a janitorial bond. We'll send a COI to your landlord, HOA, or building manager on request. For commercial clients this is standard.
