Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the O-Pro Cleaning website and the cleaning services provided by O-Pro Cleaning LLC. By requesting a quote or booking a cleaning, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes are based on the information you provide about your property and the service requested. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope differs materially from what was described. We will confirm any change before performing additional work.
Payment
Payment is due as stated in your booking confirmation. Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. For recurring service, your card on file is charged after each completed visit.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations or lockouts on the day of service may be subject to a fee, which we will always communicate in advance.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you’re not happy with any area we cleaned, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean it at no additional charge. Our goal is 100% satisfaction on every visit.
Access and safety
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to your property. We are licensed, bonded, and insured ($2M general liability + janitorial bond). Please secure pets and let us know about any hazards or fragile items before we arrive.
